GENERAL TERMS
AND CONDITIONS:
No minimum
order. All prices are FOB Buchanan, New York 10511.
Terms are NET 30 days with approved credit. Otherwise,
check or credit card information must accompany purchase
order. If full payment is not made within 30 days, a
late charge of 1 1/2% of the invoice amount will be
added for each 30 day period the payment is late. This
late charge will be applied on the first day of each 30 day
period.
Dimensional
Tolerances for all mirrors sizes up to 8 feet long are +/-
1/8" - up to 20 feet long +/- 1/4" - over 30 feet long +/-
3/8"

apply to qualified companies. Contact Hudson Mirror,
LLC for more details.
Returns will
not be accepted unless previously authorized in writing.
All returns must be shipped pre-paid freight in original
packaging and must arrive in good condition. A minimum
restocking/repackaging charge of 25% will be made on all
returned merchandise.
All custom
mirrors must be paid for in advance. Orders will not
be processed until we receive written purchase order and
payment. Minimum custom order is $250.00 - Special
shapes: circles, triangles, trapezoids, etc., will be quotes
separately. In some cases, special packaging charges
may be applied. Custom size mirrors cannot be
returned.
LIMITED
WARRANTY:
HUDSON
MIRROR, LLC warrants any merchandise sold by it to be free
from defects in workmanship and material for a period of
ninety days from the date of sale. HUDSON MIRROR'S
OBLIGATIONS ARE LIMITED, AT ITS OPTION, TO A REFUND OF THE
PURCHASE PRICE, TO REPLACEMENT, OR REPAIR AND IT SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR OTHER DAMAGES,
CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM THE USE, OR
INABILITY TO USE, ANY MERCHANDISE SOLD OR MANUFACTURED BY
IT. HUDSON MIRROR shall not be liable to make a refund
or to repair to replace, if the merchandise has been damaged
by accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse or
improper installation. All claims under this Limited
Warranty must be made to HUDSON MIRROR in writing within
ninety days of sale. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN
LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY
PARTICULAR USE, AND ANY WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, DURABILITY,
OR SUITABILITY, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR
LIABILITIES IN HUDSON MIRROR'S PART. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY HUDSON
MIRROR, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES BEING EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
